Job Description

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
• Specific experience in two or more of the following areas: HR management, process improvements, compensation and recruitment, training and development
• Outstanding communications and presentation skills
• Excellent problem solving and general management expertise
• High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player.
• Excellent conflict resolution skills

Job Responsibilities:
  • • Responsibility for overall centralized HR/Admin function.
    • Ensuring appropriate communication at all levels.
    • End to end recruitment.Handling Employee grievances, issues & queries.
    • Releasing the employee letters.
    • Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
    • Plan, direct, supervise, coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff.
    • Keep track on performance and training development.
    • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
    • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program.
